Core Values
Caring Leader: Bringing together, through our access and through our assets, the head and the heart of our community in meeting its most vital human needs. This is our mission and first concern.
Trusted: Always acting with integrity as an honest, accountable and highly responsible trustee of community resources. This is our most important duty.
Inclusive: Being a model of diversity, fairness, teamwork, collaboration, and skillful partnering. Providing the common table around which individuals and groups can gather to accomplish as a community what would be impossible to do individually.
Informed: Basing our support of programs on an understanding of their measured outcomes and related benefits. Use that understanding to deploy resources wisely.
Adaptable: Creative and innovative in continually evaluating and responding to our community's ever changing needs. Receptive to change and better ways of approaching problems and opportunities.
Valued Partner: Whether leading, facilitating or functioning as a participant, always seeking to make a meaningful contribution and bring out the best in all participants.
