Project Overview: Coordinates community outreach efforts for the Affiliate, particularly in Ashe, Avery, Mitchell and Yancey through breast health education outreach. Design programs/services to increase the awareness and knowledge of Susan G. Komen® Northwest NC’s mission. Regular travel (2-3
days/week) to Ashe, Avery, Burke, Caldwell, Catawba, Madison, Mitchell, Watauga and Yancey counties.

Catholic Charities seeks a full-time Regional Business Manager for the Winston-Salem Office. A four-year degree in finance or business administration or a related field is required with experience in contract and grants compliance and management.  Applicants must utilize Microsoft Office at an advanced level and have a proven ability to utilize database systems. Must be an advanced writer with experience in report writing.  Must be extremely detail oriented, with the ability to work multiple projects while meeting multiple deadlines. Must have experience in all types of financial processing. Applicants must be able to read and interpret finance reports and generate reports for ongoing projects. Smart Start of Forsyth County, Inc., is accepting resumes for three (3) positions as Teaching and Learning Specialists.

One (1) full-time position to provide mentoring, coaching, and classroom assessments to support early childhood educators in Forsyth County.  This position requires a master’s degree, and current B-K license.  Experience with mentoring and evaluation through DCDEE/EESLPD, and knowledge of Foundations of Early Learning and Development (NCFELD) highly preferred.

Two (2) part time (30-35 hrs/wk) positions to provide coaching and mentoring using the CLASS assessment.  These positions require a BA or BS in early childhood; master’s degree and B-K license highly preferred.   Knowledge of DCDEE star-rated licensing and ERS assessments required.

For all three positions, experience working in an early childhood classroom setting and working with childcare providers, and excellent written and oral communication skills.

City With Dwellings, in affiliation with The Board of Cooperative Ministries, is seeking overnight shelter monitors to provide leadership and oversight of the nightly operation of the winter overflow shelter.
